Short Company Profile

WTH Management and Training addresses the industries need and progression of Management Training, System Development and Quality Control. WTH liaises with Universities on subject matter. WTH provides the client with a valued service of superior standards in order to reinforce competence and efficiency from the inside of the organization. The Vision, Mission and Values of the organization can give an understanding to the focus on achievement of objectives by WTH.

We have entered into a collaborative learning initiative with higher learning institutions. We would like to invite you to join as a partner in customized learning. We specialize in leadership development for business, management, project management, financial management, risk management and analysis. As practitioner’s who believe that the lessons learned about leadership development in the past years, along with the working environment and the changing economic, political and social landscape, a change in leadership culture and practice is required.  

In-House Training

For almost a decade WTH Management and Training has provided in-house executive education aimed at helping executives and managers build the skills necessary to implement the Strategy within their organization.

In-house courses are typically delivered in 1 - 5 days, 1 day, and 2 day formats depending upon the number of managers involved in the training and the depth of information desired by participants.

These intensive, executive development sessions provide an opportunity to learn Strategy Implementation skills ranging from building a Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard to conducting Strategy Review Meetings.

The sessions incorporate a mixture of classroom style instruction and hands on practical application using your strategic content—all guided by expert certified practitioners.
